It is important to note that besides considering the number of votes a certain person accumulates, Election Platform voting system takes into account also the authority (weight) of the electors, by analyzing the votes they got at their turn. Votes cast by people that are themselves "important" weigh more heavily and help to make other people "important." At the end, the winner in an election is the person who has the highest authority, and not necessarily the majority of votes.
